Bjorg Lomborg wrote "The Skeptical Environmentalist" and organized the
Copenhagen Consensus of 30 experts submitted papers, including several Nobel Laureates,
to address - not problems - but solutions. These were evaluated by economists.
METHODOLOGY : Cost to GPD. Benefits to GPD. Rank by Benefits / Cost.
RANKING :
Poor - less than a dollar return for dollar expended.
Fair - break-end to a small return
Good - one to fifteen return on investment.
Very Good - greater than 15 : 1 return. <== These we want to start now.

A great deal of attention was directed to HIV/AIDS priority, so we might consider that as accomplished.
The 2008 and 2012 Conventions deteriorated in understandability.
Hundreds of issues were submitted ; sixty made the cut and were crammed into
ten topics. These became incomprehensible, at least to me. The 2004 Conference is the classic that has led to overexposure into something of less value. Therefore, the 2004 Conference is used here for the purpose of stimulating thought.
